Part-owner and co-developer of the $US 85 MM Elm Energy Recycling Limited project (UK), the world's largest scrap tire to energy plant, consuming 10 million scrap tires per year.
Advisor to the UK Department of Environment concerning beneficial uses for scrap tire materials and industry "best practices", and author, co-author or editor of 19 reports published by the Department.
A nationally-recognized professional political consultant and campaign manager, with clients including former Speaker of the House of Representatives, Newt Gingrich of the state of Georgia.

Tom Thompson, Vice President of Corporate Development
Former CEO of Eco Power Solutions, a multi-pollutant solutions company which provides a greater than 95% reduction in emissions (i.e. SOx, NOx, Hg, and PM2), along with an average 20% reduction in CO2. Tom drove the expansion of Eco Power from Canada to the United States, generated significant equity investment for the company, accepted the 2010 Most Promising Energy and Clean Technology Company award at the 8th Annual Rice Alliance Energy and Technology Venture Forum, and developed sales channels into several global markets.
Prior to Eco Power Tom spent ten years as President & CEO of Capital Business Management Group, a member of the Thompson Corporation, an asset management company.
